Celebrating 10 Years of Keylan

From a small, shared office in Manly to Sydney's leading planning consultancy, this year marks 10 years of Keylan Consulting. Founded in 2016 by Directors Michael Woodland and Dan Keary, Keylan was built on a vision to provide strategic, solutions-focused planning advice backed by extensive experience across local and State government.

Since Keylan's establishment, we have delivered more than 550 projects across the State, securing over $12.5 billion CIV in development approvals, facilitating more than 15,100 new homes, and supporting over 26,000 construction and operational jobs. From major rezonings and State significant developments to policy reform and strategic planning initiatives, our work has helped shape communities, drive investment and create lasting outcomes.

Today, our team of planning professionals operates across offices in Manly and the Sydney CBD, partnering with government agencies, developers, institutions and landowners to navigate complex planning challenges and unlock opportunities.

This milestone reflects the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the strong relationships we have built across government and industry over the past 10 years.
