Major Build-to-Rent Approval
Keylan is proud to have secured State Significant Development (SSD) approval for a $180 million build-to-rent and mixed-use development at 270 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest on behalf of Silvernight. The approval facilitates the delivery of 168 build-to-rent dwellings, a medical centre and ground floor retail uses within the Crows Nest TOD Precinct, helping to deliver much-needed housing and services in an accelerated TOD precinct.
The project also involved a concurrent planning proposal to amend the site's non-residential floor space ratio, enabling a balanced mixed-use outcome aligned with the evolving role of the precinct in meeting State and National housing targets. This outcome demonstrates Keylan's expertise in navigating complex rezonings and SSD pathways to unlock development opportunities and deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
