First HDA SSDA Approved
Keylan is proud to secure approval for one of the first HDA State Significant Development projects, including a successful rezoning from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
The $136 million mixed‑use affordable housing (AH) development for PAYCE is located within footsteps of the future Melrose Park Town Centre and upcoming public transport links. Designed by TURNER STUDIO the project delivers 197 AH units, 154 co-living units, a ground floor pub, and a new public park to be dedicated to the City of Paramatta.
