Major Seniors Housing SSD Approval

Keylan is incredibly proud to have secured approval from the NSW department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for a $350 million State Significant Seniors Housing development in Frenchs Forest for Platino Properties.

The Concept proposal delivers over 300 independent living units, residential aged care facility and a wide range of communal amenities. The development provides 6 buildings ranging from 5 to 13 storeys. The Stage 1 approval facilitates 183 independent living units, 20 bed residential care facility, affordable units including a centrally located courtyard, pickleball courts and community vegetable gardens.
