State-assessed rezoning pathway

We’re proud to share that the Sydney Markets, Homebush West, has been selected by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing & Infrastructure as one of five strategic sites to progress through the State-Assessed Rezoning Pathway.

This Rezoning Pathway presents an incredible opportunity to deliver well-located homes in a transforming mixed used precinct. Working with the Sydney Markets and project team, Keylan Consulting has played a key role in supporting the rezoning proposal, which will unlock:

- Up to 1,500 new homes

- Around 20,000 sqm of supporting non-residential floorspace
