We have an exciting opportunity for Planners/Senior Planners to join our team. You will be part of a collaborative team with exposure to top tier architects, developers and industry professionals and involved in a diverse range of residential, industrial, commercial and mixed use projects, policy work and planning studies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Environmental Impact Statements

  • Preparing Statements of Environmental Effects and Reviews of Environmental Factors

  • Preparing Planning Proposals

  • Leading large urban renewal master planning projects

  • Preparing policy advice and undertaking development assessments for Government agencies and Councils

  • Interfacing with clients, other consultants and authorities

About you:

  • Recognised NSW Planning qualifications or equivalent

  • Demonstrated professional planning experience in local or State government or private practice

  • Can do attitude with an excellent work ethic

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good working knowledge of the EP&A Act and associated legislation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literate

  • Ability to work as a part of a team with clients, specialist consultants and local authorities

  • Sounds time management and project management skills

  • Current driver’s licence

  • Valid right to work in Australia
