Mid-Year Review

The first half of the year has been a period of significant achievement and success for our team, with key milestones achieved across a diverse range of planning projects, the continued growth of our team, and celebrating our 10-year anniversary.

Over the past six months, we have secured 21 development approvals, comprising:

  • 7 State Significant developments

  • 14 Local Development approvals

These approvals will help deliver:

  • Over $1.5 billion in capital investment value

  • 2,000 new dwellings

  • 350 affordable dwellings

  • More than 310,000m² of gross floor area

  • 5,200 construction and operational jobs

Some of our most significant projects include: 

  • Seniors Housing Frenchs Forest, a $350 million State Significant development.

  • Mixed-use Residential Melrose Park Gateway, one of the first HDAs to be approved. 

  • Wallgrove Business Hub, State Significant application for the development of a warehouse on behalf of the Western Sydney Parklands Trust.

  • Mixed-use Build-to-Rent Crows Nest, a $180 million State Significant development within the Crows Nest TOD precinct.

  • Affordable Housing Macarthur Gardens North, a $95 million State Significant development, comprising of 100% affordable housing on behalf of Landcom.
