Build-to-Rent In-fill Affordable Housing Approval
Keylan is proud to have secured approval for a $95 million State Significant in-fill affordable housing development at 5–9 Cowan Road, St Ives, on behalf of Prosper. Designed by PBD Architects, the approved development will deliver 77 new dwellings, including 15% affordable housing, in a prime location adjacent to the St Ives Town Centre.
Substantially, this is the first State Significant Development approved by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure under Ku-ring-gai's Low and Mid-Rise Housing controls, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of much needed housing across the local area.
